The process you go through when getting a mortgage through an Estate Agent.... Just doesn't really feel very personal does it?

Well that's not their fault!

Estate agents unfortunately don't have access to the full market, only a selected group of lenders. This is a real shame, but it is because primarily, they are there primarily to sell you the house.

MY goal however, is to get you the best deal possible - no matter your circumstances.

Normally, you would get a few different options and it would be down to you to work out the best deal for you.
